ApplicationsConnectors, relays, switches, heat dissipation plates, etc.
Corson copper alloy with superior balance of strength and conductivity over that of conventional Corson copper alloys.
Made possible using DOWA’s world-first texture control (TC) process that, C7035 is a Corson copper allow that simultaneously delivers the high strength, stress relaxation property, and good bending workability necessary for small connectors.
It is widely used in connectors that undergo complicated bending and a heat dissipation plates that also have high strength in such electronic devices as smartphones.
It has superior stress relaxation resistance.
As such, its application in connectors and switches for automobiles is growing.
We also offer C7035-TR04 with high conductivity of 60%IACS or higher and C7035-XE and XS tempers that deliver the high strength of 1000N/mm2.
C7035 helps in achieving lower resistance and miniaturization of components.
