Related standardsCDA C19020、JASO JC400(H、EH)
ApplicationsTerminals for connector applications, junction blocks, busbars, switches, relays, lead frames, etc.
Copper alloy for lead frames and connectors with a superior balance of strength and conductivity.
NB-105 is a copper alloy with a superior balance of strength and conductivity, and it also has superior springiness and stress relaxation resistance.
As such, it is widely used for electrical and electronic connectors and for junction blocks.
Since it contains tin and nickel, it has high recyclability of tin-plated and nickel-plated products.
It is registered as C19020 by the CDA (United States) and can be procured locally from Wieland in the United States and Kemper in Germany.
